….they are down on a year by year basis. Comparing last years numbers are the better indicator since so many factors can affect month-to-month. We’re still slogging through this mess of foreclosures and even though we’re seeing some good indicators regarding foreclosures in Atlanta (like delinquencies declining), there’s just too little evidence to decide if this is a trend, yet.
